That 2.6 billion people live each day without a proper toilet is shocking. Break that number down, however, and it’s even worse. Of these 2.6 billion people, the vast majority live in developing countries, which means that half the people in the developing world do not have a proper toilet.

Tobago has stalled in its development for years, ever since Orville London took office some time in 2001. The island has regressed over the last 10 years. Tobago Hilton is no more, investments are dwindling, such as for the Tobago Cove, as is tourism, the mainstay of the island.
